This is my Still life. The thing I had most trouble with was trying to blend the colors together. Also, choosing what colors would work with each other. This is my first I have tried color in a picture, and I think I did kind of bad because I knew I could put more value than what it has. Also the shapes for the objects were a bit difficult.
This is a drawing of a zoomed up Headset jack , and a battery. I chose these objects because they were the only things I could find in my bag with detail.
I began using my number two pencil to start a light sketch of the objects. Then with a more darker pencil I drew where the dark shadows were, and started showing the shapes. Finaly with a jet black color I added value and contrast to the image.
Overall I thougt I did an okay job for my first shadow project. I probably will do a lot better job my next Project.
My name is Irving Rios, and I’m a Junior. Also I’m currently in Advertisement and Graphic Design. My favorite type of art are a couple of genres I like Digital Painting & Airbrushing. I also like Traditional Drawing, mostly just regular pencil. I like to practice vectoring (another type of art) in Illustrator, and Digital painting in Photoshop. I like to draw people of any kind whether it be my family or fantasy. It would be cool to learn how to draw realism art, and I would like to learn draw the shapes of human faces.
